I have add success with sowing the following seeds directly in the ground

• Gourds (after soaking the seeds for 24 hours)
• Okra
• Leafy veggies such as Kale (mid march), Arugula, Collards, Mustard etc
• Cilantro (after crushing the seeds into two)
